Observation and nursing points during the transfer

1. During the transfer process, the nurse should stand at the head side of the patient

Closely observe the patient's vital signs and changes in condition.

2、Patients with trauma and fracture

Wound dressing and dressing penetration should be observed.

3、Patients with craniocerebral injury who are in coma before transfer

Try to remove the factors triggering the increase of intracranial pressure; adopt a flat position with the head to the side during the transfer to prevent the patient from accidental aspiration due to vomit.

4. Avoid violent shocks during the transfer process

Keep the head high and foot low position when going up and down the slope on the transport chair for sale from China factory, and observe the patient's thoracic heaving, mental state, facial color, whether there is agitation, whether the tracheal intubation and ventilator connection tube are intact, whether the various drainage tubes are smooth, and whether there is detubation and blockage.

5、 If there is any abnormality in the vital signs during the transfer

If the patient suddenly suffers from respiratory and cardiac arrest, he/she should be immediately resuscitated in place, while calling the nearby medical personnel for assistance, and make records of the transfer, including the patient's monitoring index values, state of consciousness, conditions during examination or treatment, and treatment of accidents during the transfer.
