Instructions:

1. Direct placement: Using a tongue retractor or a tongue depressor as an auxiliary tool, the pharyngeal bend of the ventilation tube is sent to the upper pharynx along the tongue surface, and the base of the tongue is separated from the posterior wall of the oropharynx.

2. Reverse insertion method: insert the pharyngeal curved part of the oropharyngeal tube into the mouth to the palate, rotate it 180° when the inner orifice is close to the posterior wall of the oropharynx, and push it down to a suitable position when the patient inhales, fix it with tape after the ventilation is smooth.
